Kick-On for Women

Discover the basics of football - no experience in the sport necessary!

Kick-On for Women is an introductory program to football designed specifically for women who are juggling their commitments of family, work and friends but also want to get out and be active. It is a low-impact, football-based program providing physical and mental health benefits, social contentedness, alongside promotion of the benefits of engaging in team sport.

Kick on for Women is starting on Wednesday the 26th July.

Duration: 8 weeks

Venue: Queen Elizabeth Park, Concord

Time: Wednesday nights, 7-8pm

Head Coach: Mariam Fabia

The program has a strong focus on fun, inclusion and friendship. It provides participants the opportunity to spend time focusing on their own fitness and well-being as well as gain some basic competencies in football in a judgement-free environment.
